THE GO PRO MAKES MY NOSE LOOK KINDA MICHAEL JACKSON-Y BUT I DON’T CARE, BECAUSE HERE IT IS: TEJEDA IN ARENA VOLCÁNICA BLACK!
Prioritizing is my thing these days guys. I may not get everything from my to do list done, but I get the most important stuff done and that makes me feel gooood regardless. Today, I spent most of my time planning for my trip to The Netherlands on Thursday. I ordered some things I wanna pick up / need when I’m there and put my all the clothes for sale that I sorted out earlier. I still use a Dutch platform for selling stuff secondhand whenever I go to NL, and it’s handy because it partly finances my trips, haha!
In the afternoon / evening, I dyed my hair again, so it’s gonna be all fancy-schmancy for a few weeks. And then the boyfriend and I took pictures of my ARENA VOLCÁNICA black TEJEDA sweater. My SUAVE chunky yarn behaves quite differently from U/Knit Lab’s Topinambur (the yarn the pattern is written for), the main difference being that my yarn is superwash and therefore GROWS with blocking. I knit a size M, but I suspect this sweater turned out as a size XL (I still have to take the measurements before I list it on Etsy). It’s all part of the process though, next time I’ll try a smaller needle size!
I love how the photos turned out though. We found this construction site very close to our place, which had the perfect concrete wall to use as a backdrop. I can’t wait to turn my Instagram feed a little bit more neutral with these pictures.
